- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Finding and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
Designation: Business Development Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related field.
- Master’s degree in management is required.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and/or sales.
Must-Have Skills :
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak Hindi is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Understanding of market and marketing strategies.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
