    We need an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team in an evolving industry landscape.

    Responsibility :

    • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
    • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
    • Finding and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
    • Research and identify new market opportunities.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related field.
    • Master’s degree in management is required.
    • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Experience in project management and/or sales.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to speak Hindi is preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
    • Understanding of market and marketing strategies.
    • Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
