Plain Madras PAPADUMS is made up of Fine Urid flour, oil and salt The process of manufacturing, i.e., from cleaning of pulses, grinding of spices, mixing, dough ma king, rolling, drying and packing is done under clean and utmost hygiene conditions to provide a superior quality Papad which remains consistent throughout. Our hand rolled and sun dried papads have good crispiness, expansion quality & texture.
Spices like asafoetida, black pepper, chillies, cumin and garlic etc., added in the papad have carminative value.
